What data we collect

When you contact us through the form on this site, we collect:

• Name, so we know what to call you
• Phone number, so we can get back to you
• Machine type and problem description, so we understand what you need
• Photos, (optional), so we can assess the problem before the repair

Why we collect them

We use your data exclusively to respond to your request for assistance or a quote. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it to third parties, and we do not carry out profiling.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, which you give by accepting the privacy policy before submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How we store them

Form data is sent via the Formspree service and arrives at our email. We keep it for the time needed to handle your request, then delete it. We do not retain data beyond 12 months from the contact.

Who we share them with

Data passes through Formspree (a form handling service) which acts as data processor. We do not share your data with any other party.

You can ask us at any time to:
